Neodymium disc magnets, Rare Earth Neodymium Disc Magnets, neodymium NdFeb NIB Neo round disc magnets, Strong Neodymium (NdFeB) Disc Magnets, rod permanent magnet, magnet

Strong Neodymium Round Disc Magnets. Neodymium (also known as "NdFeb", "NIB" or "Neo") disc magnets are the most powerful rare-earth magnets available today. Available in disc and cylinder shapes, Neodymium magnets have magnetic properties that far exceed all other permanent magnet materials. They are high in magnetic strength, moderately priced and able to perform well in ambient temperatures. As a result, they are the most widely-used Rare-Earth magnets for industrial, technical, commercial and consumer applications.

Our Magnet Shop offers a large inventory of licensed neodymium magnets available for online purchase at bulk discounted prices. Strong Neodymium Disc Magnets. Round Circle Magnets are made from the strongest magnetic material, Neodymium (NdFeB). Available in various sizes from 1mm diameter to over 120mm diameter. Neodymium disc magnets are commonly found in point of sale display units, stationery folders, scale models and industrial applications. Neo Disc Magnets are truly versatile and are used as widely in homemade arts and crafts as they are in high-end technology and engineering applications.

Extremely strong magnet for its small, compact size. Neodymium disk magnets are solid and do not have a center hole so mounting requires glue, adhesive and/or counter boring. The neodymium magnetic material is nickel coated to provide resistance to corrosion and the silver or chrome finish can be quite useful for aesthetic requirements.

Rare Earth disc magnets, also known as neodymium discs, are the perfect marriage of small size and maximum power. The combination neodymium-iron-boron is currently the strongest available magnet material worldwide. Even with small areas the neodymium disc magnets achieve remarkable holding power, which makes them very versatile. Neodymium disc magnets are used in thousands of assemblies and products. These high performance magnets can be easily fixed into position using adhesive or pushed into holes and grooves in wood or plastic. Neodymium disc magnets are commonly found in point of sale display units, stationery folders, scale models and industrial applications. Neodymium disc magnets are truly versatile and are used as widely in homemade arts and crafts as they are in high-end technology and engineering applications. Neodymium magnets attract each other with almost twice the force that they use to attract steel objects. They also attract each other through very large distances, even small magnets will attract each other through the thickness of your finger. Most disc magnets have their north and south pole on the flat circular surface (axial magnetization). The few exceptions, which are diametrically magnetized, are specifically marked.  These magnets are ideal for holding, hanging and closures in a variety of areas, including retail display, exhibition and packaging closures. Please note that all neodymium rare earth magnets are fragile and require extreme caution when handling due to their brittle nature and to avoid injury due to pinching.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All magnets may chip and shatter, but if used correctly can last a lifetime.
  • Keep away from pacemakers.
  • Not for children, parental supervision required.
  • If damaged please dispose of completely. Shards are still magnetized and if swallowed can inflict serious damage if magnets join inside the digestive tract.

Our Neodymium magnets are available in a range of shapes and sizes, offering a superior pull performance to other materials with the same volume, thanks to their NdFeB properties. Explore our wide range of super-strong Neodymium magnets.

Magnosphere Magnets Neodymium rare earth magnets are stronger than the strongest ceramic magnets! Each magnet packs a huge magnetic energy punch and will last forever under normal use. Unlike most other types of magnets, Magnosphere Magnets Neodymium is highly resistant to demagnetization and will not lose their magnetization around other magnets.

Magnosphere Magnets is able to offer you the high quality Neodymium magnets with consistent performance. This Super Strong Neodymium Magnet is extremely powerful and built to last. It’s designed & manufactured under stringent, top quality standards using the latest technology to ensure you receive the best Neodymium Magnet every time.

As the leading manufacturer of Neodymium magnets, we are able to offer you the highest quality Neodymium magnets with consistent performance at the lowest price.

  • The Magnosphere Magnet - Super Strong Neodymium Magnet is one of the world’s strongest and most powerful rare earth magnets. We manufacture every piece in state of the art ISO certified Magnet manufacturing facilities to ensure maximum quality.
  • STRONG - Neodymium Rare Earth Permanent Magnet
  • POWERFUL - Magnosphere Magnets Rare Earth Neodymium Magnets have an extra strong pull force and are triple layer coated (nickel-copper-nickel) for maximum durability and protection against corrosion.
  • USEFUL – Use your rare earth magnet for just about anything, including finding studs in your wall, fastening, lifting, hanging objects, various projects & presentations, education, & more. NASA even uses them on Mars Exploration Rovers!

Disc Magnets, super strong neodymium disc magnets, Rare Earth Round NdFeB Magnet, Standard Neo Disc, Sintered Neodymium Discs and Rods, Magnetic Disk European Manufacturer & Supplier

Our super strong neodymium disc magnets have wide variety grade N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, N50 and N52. The strong neodymium discs have Nicuni, Zinc and Epoxy coatings, sometimes the disk magnets with a countersunk hole that drilled in the middle to attach it to nonmetallic materials, such as wood or plastic plant. These round magnets can allow the screw’s head to reside below, or maybe with the face of the magnet to ensure it doesn’t interfere with the magnet’s performance. Neodymium disc and round magnets are widely used for motor, sensor and holding applications.

Attention:

  • WARNING: Fingers could be severely pinched between two or more magnets.
  • KEEP OUT OF REACH OF ALL CHILDREN. THIS IS NOT A TOY. DO NOT ingest or inhale.
  • DO NOT place in nose, mouth or any other part of the body. Neodymium Magnets are BRITTLE.
  • They can SHATTER, CRACK, PEEL or SPLINTER if allowed to snap together or slam into a metal object.
  • Broken magnets can be Extremely SHARP. MAGNETIC MEDIA AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT HAZARD.
  • KEEP AWAY from PACEMAKERS Do Not cut or drill Neodymium Magnets, there is a both a fire and fracture hazard and the dust is toxic.

Classy look and high-quality material

Thanks to the elegant look of our neodymium magnets, they can be placed where they are clearly visible.

ROHS Policy

Note: handling of neodymium magnets

Neodymium magnets are extremely strong. Especially when handling larger magnets, skin bruises and bruises can occur. When two magnets snap together, parts can splinter and cause injury. You should therefore handle the magnets with care and, above all, never let them collide from a great distance. Magnets do not belong in the hands of children, swallowing them can lead to serious medical problems. Larger neodymium magnets in particular should not be stored or used in the immediate vicinity of devices or objects that can be damaged by magnetism. These include televisions and monitors, credit and debit cards, computers, data carriers of all kinds, video and music cassettes, mechanical watches, hearing aids and loudspeakers. Cardiac pacemakers can also be disrupted by a large magnet. When in doubt, exercise extreme caution.

The magnetic force is determined on the basis of a 10 mm thick steel plate and by vertical pulling. Please note that the adhesive force of these mounting magnets is greatly reduced if you pull them horizontally along the base or attach them to very thin, painted or uneven metal surfaces. In such applications, the maximum load capacity specified here cannot be achieved.

Warning:

NdFeB magnets are not toys - especially with smaller measurements, these can easily break or chip! Therefore, an uncontrolled collision and compressive stress between two magnets should be avoided!
