Help with the ordering process

In the shopping cart, please specify the item quantity, payment method and shipping method. By clicking on the button "proceed to checkout" you start the order process...


Login

If you are not yet logged in, you must log in now. Please enter your e-mail address and your password. Is this your first order in our store? Then please enter only your e-mail address and select "I am a new customer".


Billing address

Please enter your full billing address. In this step you must confirm that you are aware of our terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions and check this box. You only need to enter a password if you are a new customer.


Delivery address

In this area, please select the delivery address to which your order should be delivered. If the correct address does not exist, please create a new delivery address.


Direct debit

You will only be asked for your bank account details if you choose direct debit as your payment method. Please ensure that your account details are spelled correctly.


Order overview

In the last step you will see an overview of all the data entered and all items including the total amount. By clicking on the "Send order" button, the order is sent with legally binding effect. The purchase contract is legally concluded when the supplier confirms the order by e-mail.

Procurement of desired items
Order

You place a binding order when you have gone through the online ordering process by entering the data requested there and click on the "Send order" button in the last order step. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, but informs the customer that his order has been received by Magnosphere.uk. A purchase contract is only concluded when Magnosphere.uk has sent the customer an order confirmation. Further detailed information can be found in our terms and conditions.


Data sheets

If you need a data sheet for an article, please do not hesitate to send us a request.


Delivery abroad

We deliver our goods all over Europe and the world.


Delivery times

You will receive an approximate delivery date with the order confirmation. You can contact us at any time if you would like to request a more precise delivery date. Alternatively, you can specify your desired delivery date separately for each order. We will then take care of on-time delivery.


Delivery and billing addresses

You can create and edit different billing and delivery addresses in your account, depending on your needs.


Dimension sheet

If you require a dimension sheet for an article, we are available at any time and will send you the requested dimension sheet immediately.


Newsletter

We regularly send out editorial articles on the subject of magnets, product suggestions and tips on the topics. If you don't want to miss anything, we look forward to your registration under Newsletter.


Prices

We mark our articles with gross prices.


Invoice

You will receive your invoice in the package or by email.


Right of return

If you wish to return your order, we grant you a right of return from receipt of the goods. Please inform us by telephone or e-mail and we will arrange the return and cancel the invoice. You will then receive a corresponding credit note. Please understand that we only take back items without signs of use in their original packaging. The items should also be sent to us within a reasonable period of time. The right of return does not apply to items that have been procured explicitly for you outside of our product range or to custom-made products.


Customer complaint

Our articles are thoroughly checked several times during the manufacturing process and finally checked by our quality assurance department. Should any complaints arise, we will be happy to help you! Please proceed as follows:
1. when you unpack the delivered goods, please first check that they are intact.
2. obvious defects must be reported to us immediately (without culpable delay) after receipt of the goods, hidden defects within one week after discovery of the defect.

Shipping costs

All our UK Mainland deliveries are carried out by DPD. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed on the website.
